ITP is one of the largest international travel agency networks, specializing in business travel, with a large and strong portfolio of multinational and multicultural clients.
The first step in implementing the new portal was to start building a stronger technical team, starting by hiring a new IT department head, ITP then started the specialized training and developing internal resources to strengthen the support team.
The portal brings together various products and services for ITP customers and partners. Each customer has full control over the system, products, or services that are added to the portal. This tool, based on the cytric platform, combines ITP’s online booking system in all markets, both at the travel level and at the level of complementary services.
ITP’s goal is to provide a real alternative to the main global market offers with technology solutions that are truly tailored to customer needs. This service combines the solutions with the partner network in 57 countries around the world. So you get a truly standard service solution.
A mobile application and a complete customer support system will also be implemented by ITP and, as a global reseller, will be able to deploy cytric products from its London headquarters to any of the ITP partners in any global market.
